Under our roof you will find Free Bird Chicken, Duroc Pork, Colorado Lamb & Certified Angus Beef as our featured brands. In fact, when you order a chicken salad sandwich in our deli, it is made with 100% Free Bird free range chicken. We take pride in what we offer our customers so we only cook with the best products.

Our deli prepares all of our products on site. We use Free Bird chicken in all of our salads as well as the salad bar so customers can feel confident that they are buying the best quality available. We prepare our dressings using only first cold pressed Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Soybean oil. We do not use peanut or tree nut oils for foodservice in our shop. Customers ordering cold cut platters, sandwiches or panini will find that we carry Boar's Head brand as well as our own "in house" freshly roasted Certified Angus Beef & rotisserie turkey breast. Need to bring a salad to an event?? Simply stop in and "create your own" custom salad. Top your greens with any number of fresh veggie toppings, nuts, cheese, seeds, fruit or croutons & toss with one of our home made dressings. We offer a full deli for sandwich/wrap or panini, hot soups and try us out for breakfast for an egg sandwich or some steel cut oatmeal.
