The Pantry was conceived many years ago by two friends, Thierry Le Meur & Andrew Rolleri as a place that a chef could come to buy ingredients to construct a recipe. There have been a number of great additions along the way, but our convictions have remained the same. No matter what you are looking for, whether it's sheet gelatin, siracha chili sauce or local organic micro greens, we are here to provide it. Our store offers a fast paced "open market" feel where loyal customers meet, have lunch, share news and pick up lunch or dinner. The crew at The Pantry has proven to be an asset that is hard to find today...we have an unmatched level of customer service, thanks to our great employees, many whom have been here since day 1. Our customers love to come down and share in the day's production of fresh baked goods, while chatting with the baristas at the coffee bar, or share a story with their favorite meat cutter. Need some advice on cooking? Trained chef's abound in the kitchen. We will help you make your dinner a success. The store is built on the principle that good food starts from the ground up, hence we make most every single component of our food from scratch right down to the croutons on the salad bar. We buy good ingredients, cook with good ingredients, adhere to classical cooking technique, and turn out great food - it's no surprise - that's what happens!
